10U fastpitch team based out of NEA looking to add 2-3 players to our strong core for the upcoming season. We are committed to providing an opportunity for the most dedicated and focused players to participate at an "A" level of play. We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated, coachable girls that are focused on learning the proper fundamentals of fastpitch. Girls must have 1999 birthdays. Our core group of girls placed in 7 of the 9 tournaments we played this year, with many of them being 1st place and recently finished 3rd in A-class state. We will be competing in some "moving-up" tournaments this fall and we will be going to 9U Nationals next summer. For more information about joining this winning team, please send me a PM.

what positions and where are the tryouts at?

We will have the defensive portion of the try-outs at the Southside complex and the offensive portion at Seams. We will set the times and dates when we get a few more prospects. We can be flexible, but we would like to have the new players identified quickly, in time for fall ball. We are basically looking for players who can play multiple positions (utility players), but we would especially like to have a catcher. We have a good catcher, but she will also be pitching some, so we need someone to fill that role from time to time. As we go into the new season, no positions are "set in stone". We will fill each spot with whomever is playing it the best whether they have been with the team or they are new.
