Cardinals go for the sweep of the Brew Crew tonight. Kyle Lohse pitching tonight. I hope St. Louis plays Barton. I like that kid alot !

Manny Parra's not too bad. Pitched a perfect game in AAA last season. Fun to watch. Wainwright pitched VERY well last year.

They are playing today....3-0 cradinals threw 5 1/2 Lohse has a 2 hitter right now. His E.R.A threw 3 1/2 games is under 1.

Even with the loss today, I'm excited to see what the next 146 games will hold. An 11-5 start is a lot better than I thought we'd be at right now. I know it is still early, but I think we'll do a lot better than I and many, many others thought.

This season isn't surprising me at all. As I recall, I've been saying since early in Spring Training that I thought this team would be much better than most think and that the Cardinals would compete. Go Redbirds!!!

Any of you guys see the article on the Sporting New's website this past Tuesday or Wednesday? It just talked about the reasons why the Cardinals could not keep up their winning ways. I really didn't read it all that closely and unfortunately I do not have the link.

Cards vs. Cubs tonight at 7:15. Should be a great game and great weekend series between these two rivals. I'm picking the Cardinals to win 2 out of 3 from the Cubbies. What's your take.

The odds right now of the Cards winning two out of three are pretty high considering that's what they seem to be doing to most everyone.

Two things in baseball are smoking hot....1. St. Louis Cardinals 2. Chipper Jones, wow is Chipper having some kind of year or what ?!?!? There is still a ton of baseball left to play. I just hope the Cardinals can keep playing well all year long. I LOVE the young talent we have, and just like in 06', our pitching is shocking the world baby !!!

Hope you all got to see Ankiel gun down two different runners at 3rd base last night. He is awesome and has the best arm in the outfield in all of MLB! He also cranked another jack. Ludwick wasn't too shabby either going 4-4 with two doubles. Rock-on Redbirds!!!

The throws from Ankiel were just nasty.. That guy has the best arm in MLB, no doubt.
