I don't live in AR so it's hard to keep up with recruiting other than getting online. I just wanted to see what the local buzz is regarding Darius Winston, Neal Barlow, and any other high profile recruits for 09.

According to Rivals, 3 of the top 8 in the state are commited to the hogs. One is commited to Texas, and one is commited to Miss. St.
Winston is still in play, he went to Sr. camp. He is playing everything really close to the vest. Many believe Barlow will be a hog. He is supposed to decide soon.

Barlow would certainly be a welcome addition.

I can't fault Winston for keeping keeping his options open and taking all of his official visits. As a five star recruit, it's almost dumb not to do that. I just wish he would have thought about that before giving the verbal to the Hogs.
