Congrats to all the Falcon runners who placed at state. David Ramsey won the 3200 meter run and placed second in the 1600 meter run. His state championship in the 3200 earns him a place in the Meet of Champions.

Cabot's time is off the charts. You are correct, though, John Blaze. The Giants should not have beaten the Patriots, one would have thought the Celtics would have at least won one road game in the playoffs so far, and App. State beat Michigan. Anything can happen. That is why they run. I hope they knock off Cabot.

I feel better about your chances here than I do in the relay. This should be a really good race. I assume Weedon is part of the relay team too. Which race comes first?
Mile relay is always the last event of the day, Darren also won the 110 meter hurdles so I hope that event doesn't take too much out of him because his time in that event doesn't look very good and his race is the 400 meters. How does the kid from CRA stack up against the times that he will compete against today!
David Ramsey has a chance because these drueling races come down to who has the most heart and pure fight in em, good luck David because that dude from Rogers is a BEAST in the two mile!! Below check out the 2A relay times for the 3200 meter run and then think about the beast from Rogers again.
