In the semifinals is the #1 WR taking on #5 Hillcrest, hillcrest upset CR in the quarterfinals. Then its #2 Tuckerman taking on #7 Sloan, who pulled off 2 upsets saturday to put themselves into regional. These games take place on Monday.

Hillcrest couldn't have picked a better time to start playing their best ball. The first game we had our number 3 on the mound and won with ease. Then against CR we had our number 2 on the mound and dominated 12 to 2 in 5 innings. Hillcrest is playing really well right now and hopefully we can pull the HUGE upset over WR. If we hit the ball like we did against CR it will be a good game.

Sloan Hendrix is hitting the ball like they should have all year and pitching is not that bad. We beat White County 12-1 in 5 innings and Midland 7-2 in 7 innings, we finnaly started playin ball like we should have been all season. We play Tuckerman today and if we play like we have been it might be a good game but we dont care about the outcome that much we are just pumped we are going to regionals.

Congrats Hillcrest even though Jordan is a sissy la la, ya'll played like a real ball team Saturday and looked real good.

This sissy went 6-8 saturday. And yes im bragging...HARD!

yea wild one definatly describes it. Im not gonna take away from WR, they played a heckuva game and earned it but they know and everyone at that game knows that the district finals should say "Tuckerman vs. Hillcrest". I believe the game should have been over when the kid from WR mowed over our catcher, but i guess thats why im in uniform and not in blue behind the plate......Good luck to WR and Tuckerman in the finals.

Well its not only that but there was some miscues on hillcrests part in the 6th inning. Bases loaded one out, and 2 guys get picked off on the same play. Killed the inning. But dude should not have ran over your catcher, that was unsportsmanlike and i do believe its illegal. Oh well, now we get to play against WR.

My mom talked to the umpire in the field yesterday and he said that the runner had the choice of mowing the catcher but when he ducked his shoulder to do so that is when it became a judgement call and the ump behind the plate should have called him out. But that was yesterday yall still get to go to regionals be pumped and get them there.

yea, im goin to have to agree with powerhouse. I would much rather be playing yall in the finals but yall got screwed over. But besides all that, thats the best game i have seen all year and the best i have seen hillcrest play ever. good game hillcrest.

congrats tuckerman on beating us i hope yall beat WR yall are by far a better team in my opinion.

It is always illegal to intentionally run over a player when he has a play on the ball. Reguardless of any circumstance. I know this because the same situation happened to one of my teamates this past summer in legion ball. He got ejected and our coach who know more about baseball then everybody that was at the game yesterday combined did not argue. But thats not the whole reason we lost. we made some key errors throughout the game that came back to haunt us.
