2A-3 Conference

I'm pretty sure that the year "before that," the regional tournament wasn't the same as it is now. Before the 2007 season, Region 4 in AA baseball consisted of the 3AA-North (BIC, WR, Marmaduke, CRA, Rector, etc.) and the 3AA-South (Bay, Riverside, Marked Tree, Cross County, Turrell, etc.).

Those two conferences (North and South) combined in 2007, and now play the other side in the regionals.

The 2007 season was the first year for this "regional." That was LAST YEAR.

I'm sorry powerposter but there were no good teams in this region last year. There were 2 or 3 fair teams. But using the previous 5 years as a barometer, nobody in this region measured up to the level of good. I know you think Tuckerman was great, but man in the previous 5 seasons they wouldn't have even gotten into the regional had they been in this region at that time. And heres how much its gone down. The worst Walnut Ridge team they' ve had in those five years actually got to the state tournament and WON A GAME!!!!!

Ok im gonna be as simple as possible with you, i was refering to the only year that this region has been in tact. And last year this confernece was alot stronger than yalls, and will be again this year.

well rector is gonna pretty good this year in conference play cuz we have some good pitchers mason knight, tyler small and logan buck if they can stay healthy

Well, talent in this conference is down this year.
It seems that most of the good athletes graduated in the year 2007.
But, I dont think any of these teams should be taken lightly.
Bay just got a VERY good baseball coach, and should do alright.
I dont really know much about anyone else besides Riverside and BIC.
BIC should be ok with Trevor and Chad on the mound.
And Riverside should be ok with Weaver on the mound.
Bay plays in the T-wolves classic at CR this weekend.
Not sure what day yet, but once I find out I will post it so all of yall can come support the Jackets. nearsports/buzz.GIF

Who is Bay's coach?

Chad LaRose.
He coached our girls in basketball.
I think he graduated from Batesville.
He played college ball for UCA.
He came here from CR.

We have had 1 practice on the field & we play Manila Tuesday.This is not going to be good but hey its not a conference game.

All I want to say is Good luck Mustangs give all you have every game this year.

Trevor & Chad this is your last year together be the leaders & help the young guys.

Freeman this is your year to shine from the mound.

To the team IF you will cut down on errors & mental mistakes I think in the conference you will be alright.
