I'm thinking of competing High school individuals here , and I cna't seem to find that NFHS or any of the governing rules have specific standards as far as time length, cheer length, requirements of the routine, etc. As I am about get the music mixed, help is needed desperately. thx-drew

For High School and All-Star individuals, we will be using the same rules set as posted above from the Arkansas All-Star Cheerleading Association rule set with a couple exceptions.

As far as tumbling goes, we will be limiting the school division to the NFHS rules for tumbling. Basically, no double fulls, standing doubles, etc. We want to make the high school/junior high division fit what would be expected of them at a competition or ball game.

Other than that, Good luck!

Remember, 60 seconds of routine, 3 Jumps, Tumble Pass, Cheer and/or Dance with any additional skills you want to display!

Coach James, I was wondering if you would take day of competition registrations if can give you advance notice. it would be one individual competitor in high school, and then one high school stunt couple, with me sidespotting(and would i have to pay to enter if i am spotting)
