Listening to all with an open mind to make the best decision for the league as a whole is so important. When you have a board that has their own agenda, grudges and personal vendettas...striving only for themselves or their children, tears a league apart.
Open meetings with open minds will go a lot further...

You are right. Although Hogfan thinks I am against Delta and pro LL for some reason, he failed to read where I called out Youth on some things I had heard about LL and about him as DA. Youth, however, didn't disregard them as lies and rumor and just say he won't participate in the forum any longer. Instead he addressed each issue and backed it up with facts and alot of information. My city isn't even a part of LL yet he gave me enough respect to listen to my concerns and clear up any questions. I'm sure it would have been easier not to discuss them because they were quite controversial. But I respect him for not running away from it. All I asked of Hogfan, as a Delta Board member was the same respect.

It is easier for him to just run and hide. It is all about the hate. Not about the kids or the operating budget of the league. at some point whether it is this season or next, some city official is going to put a stop to programs loosing thousands of dollars.
Expert:
I read this entire post and found nothing from you as to "what a District Administrator job is" or "what they have to accomplish for the kids.".
I read some of your own "halo polishings" about your personal "sacrifices", but saw nothing from any Little League manual I have ever read as to the administrative functions of a District Administrator.
One highly amusing thing I did read was about your journeys to regional meetings in Waco and how these meetings had (and I quote)--"These meetings cathered 3 regional tournaments for our district , 1 in trumann and 2 in Blytheville."
How in the world did you "cathered" those tournaments? And did it hurt? (And yes, the T in trumann should be capitalized.)
Also amusing was the following (and I quote again): "They can continue to talk about this if they want, but the ones involved know that I put in Hundreds of volunteer hours per week compared to the other program Directors like Cal Ripkin who is a Parks and Rec Director who gets a percentage of the concession stand to pocket, the USSSA directors is a cpa that host money making tournaments almost every weekend that he makes a reported $4000 per weekend to pocket and they complain about me paying for awards and buying gas for my truck when on Little League business,"
Now, I am not a "medical professional" as you are (just a CPA, but maybe just a lowly cpa as you put it) but "Hundreds of volunteer hours per week" kind of indicates MULTIPLES of a hundred. Seeing as to how (according to my calculation) there are only 148 hours in a week, you really have to be working REALLY hard for Little League to put in "Hundreds" of hours per week. Just when are you able to find time (Maybe in an alternate universe??) to be a medical professional?
Please feel free to refer to me as the "vile and greedy little man" if you have the "sack" (manhood appears to be very important to you as a lot of your posts have a reference to "being a man") to respond to this post.
William D. Moss, ADA-Arkansas-District 3
Mr. Moss, I'm sure that you have your "reasons" to come here and question Expert on just about everything. It's really amusing and makes for good reading.
My only concern is your repeated mention of the "sack". I don't know why, but it seems to be in just about every post that you write.
Not trying to defend Jeff, but you shortchanged him 20 hours. Over time that may add up.
Mr. Moss:
Good to see you back and with a vengence I might add!! Your questions of expert and the Delta issues are none of my business, but I do have a couple of questions for you. Do you feel like LL can continue to survive if veterans like you and expert are continually questioning one another? I have learned some of your reasons for your distaste for our DA but eventually what is the solution to these problems? I do know this there is no bigger advocate for LL than expert and I know you are LL all the way as well. With USSSA and Cal Ripken threatening LL how can anyone ever feel comfortable about the leaders of LL with some of this stuff going on?
Sincerley, good to see you back I hope you and expert get on the same page somehow through this board. I think it is very important to LL that you do.
Hello all. I see we are once again honored by a visit from my friend from Southeast Arkansas. You may note the change in my handle. A very nice person on here said that it was a little vain to use the other one. After reflection and talking with others, I feel that it was taking away from what I wanted to do on here. So, here is the new me. It does not matter how long I have been involved with baseball for kids. I have an oppinion just like everyone else. And I will share it with those who care.
Good for you Jeff...of course you could have just contacted an admin and asked for a name change instead of a new account.
You and Little League still have my full support. Keep up the good work.

I did ask for that without a response. So I thougth this was the way.
I would like to take this opportunity to say I am sorry for the way Billy Moss is acting and the language that he uses. It is not the norm for folks involved in any youth program especially Little League. I have not actually met the man in person but he seems fixed on me ever since the State 7&8 tournament. From what I have read of his post and emails he is a trouble soul.
