That's exactly what A-State needs is a rugby team. So many kids playing rugby these days in our local high schools.

Mark another sport up for the male athletes.

We have female athletes sprinkled across the mid-south who would love to have the chance to play fast-pitch softball for the Wolves...but the money isn't available to hire coaches and construct facilities. But hey...ASU formed a bowling team.

Congratulations on your accomplishments ASU Rugby. Such a fan of it I didn't even know how to spell it.

Maybe ASU will offer NCAA basket weaving for the young ladies in 2009

Rugby is a club sport at ASU. No athletic funds go toward the program. Rugby is not even an NCAA certified sport. All the teams they play are considered club teams.

I'm sure Rugby is much more exciting to watch than softball, even if you don't know the rules.
