I am just joking, he is a good coach and do well here. I hated him when he played at UK so he will do well. I agree on the selfishness with this team. The cupboard is definately bare when he got here. Things will get better.
On the firing thing- I was poking fun at a buddy of mine who reads-he is on a mission to have his coach fired and get new one. I didn't think I would ruffle any feathers.

Typical "uneducated basketball fan's"responce. Why fire Pelphrey? He did not recruit these seniors, he inherited them, like when a man marries a woman with 6 kids. Can't blame the step-father for the kids being bad.

I will say this - if Sorry Stan Heath can win some SEC games with this same team then why shouldn't I expect Pelphrey to win somegames. There is some talent on this team and I am not expcting them to beat the Tenn, Kentucky, Fla or even Vandy but my goodness getting beat by SC at home and Georgia anywhere is pathitic. LSU barely has enough to field a team and losing to them would be inexcuseable(sp) If the players are responding then benchtheirbutts and play someone who will. Really other than Tenn, there is not one team in the SEC I don't expect to beat this year. Am I expecting too much?

Lets not forget this team was picked by media and coaches to win the west even with a new coach.

I agree he needs to find his players but I haven't seen anything earth shattering from him yet.

I'm ready for some new players, but the season has to be played out. A good coach will change his style to adjust, and gradually work in his complete system. I believe in Pel. It will take him time to adjust.
