Big changes for the Grim family

Some of you have heard me talk about it recently at events in Monette, Blytheville and Fayetteville. It's official.

The Grim Family is moving to Branson.

I have been offered and have accepted a performer's job in Branson, Missouri. I will be leaving Paragould on May 27, 2005. We still own a home here and we will most likely be here during the Branson "off-season".

HOWEVER....NEARsports.com will continue to exist.

The only difference will be that I will no longer be able to personally cover any games. I will rely heavily on coaches and/or others to email me game summaries in order to get the stories on NEARsports.com this fall.

Melissa and I greatly appreciate your continued support of NEARsports.com. Again, these changes will not affect the EXISTENCE of NEARsports.com.

Where will you be performing at up there?

If you know any folks up there that need a guy that can play songs on his hands, you know where to look.

I will be emceeing and singing at special events for the remainder of 2005. In December, I have been assured that I will be part of one of the big shows. The only reason I won't be in one of the shows right away is because they have already all been staffed.

So... where at? guess you won't be there yet when I go next week, but we plan to go 2 or 3 times more this year.

Everywhere. Hotels, resorts, clubs, weddings, dances, parties, etc. Wherever they schedule me, that's where I'll be.

Hey make sure you get season passes for White Water, Celebration City, and Silver Dollar City, because we have some and we wear them out, also your lucky.
