Boys game will start in about 8 minutes.
Girls:
Blytheville 53
GCT 49
Sounded like a good game.
big man in the middle i believe his name is livingston (spelling?) can really handle the ball for a big guy
Blytheville 54 GCT 51
Not a well played game for Tech at all, yet they led from tip-off until 1:25 to play. Home losses hurt.

That puts Blytheville at 2-2 against the best 4 on the road.
I still don't know how we had NP, Wynne, Nettleton, and Tech all on the road in the first go through the round robin.
At least we get them all at home in the 2nd half. I think we are definitely in the best position to win the conference now.

Barring self inflicted wounds to the head they are in good shape.
Grim,
My son and a bunch of his buddies ate at the Huddle House after the game last night. They said it was great.

You should have printed off our coupon here at NEARsports.
Print it off for next Tuesday night when you play Paragould.
typical gct/blytheville game, very physical and well officiated game. gct had too many tournovers down the stretch and some questionable shots takin and blytheville took advantage. the east is the toughest league in the state regardless of classification. i can see the winner with 3 or 4 losses.

I agree, Mike. Two weeks ago I didn't think so, but this one, coupled w/Blyvegas' big win at Nettleton last week, definitely puts the Maroon in good shape.
a few questionable calls in the last minute and a half but we just let that game slip away...idk r 3 point % but it had to be 20% or less, that really hurt us

It sounded like there were questionable calls most of the game. Tech just didn't hold on at the end. And Gerrett Howard finally found his shot again this year.

Other than Mitchell, nobody found their shot for Tech.
Whose up next for the Chickasaws, and where?
