Hear there will be a cheerleading camp held in the Maynard area. Anyone interested can contact Buffballer.

Are they starting a cheerleading program in Maynard?

bobwhite- 01-22-2007
I have not heard any more since I was told about it.

Someone told me that Buffballer had volunteered to sponsor a squad next year at Maynard. I think he would've made a good cheerleader in highschool. Don't you agree Bob.

Couldn't agree more CurrentRiver.

I heard it straight from the "Baller". Baller told me that they are going to start a camp or maybe have tryouts for next year. Little "Ballerette" even has a list of who she wants to come to the tryouts.

And to think, I was being serious with my question....... You guys are WAy in left field.......

Anyway, I think a cheerleading program would do well in Maynard. It would start off a little slow, but it would grow.

I know, a few years ago, girls in Imboden were really wanting to start a cheerleading squad, but they could not get anyone to coach it.

Some girls are not made for basketball or softball, and competitive cheerleading is getting more popular.

Keeping kids involved in extra-curricular activities is the most important thing.
