They are not very good.

I guess I just see Nettleton as the 5th best team in the East, yet they are the only team other than GCT ranked. And HWH should be higher IMO.

That poll is a joke, especially given the fact that Blytheville has beaten both the #1 AND #5 teams on the road in the past week, yet the Chicks aren't listed? What some BS...

This was Sunday's poll and they didn't beat GCT until Tuesday so just take it easy. If anyone at the Gazette is paying attention I would expect to see Blytheville, GCT, and Wynne in the top 6 in the new poll as long as all three win tomorrow night. The state champion will be one of those three or maybe Helena. I don't see any other team having a real chance.

That ranking was last Sunday's Demozette. So, Blytheville hadn't beaten Tech at that point.

Fair did beat Helena around Christmas I believe. So, I'm not really sure how good Helena is either. I think it's the East's Title to lose.
