i go to pay on my daughter cell phone bill. If i want some one to ring me up/ dont have exact change, they are going to charge $5.00. $5 for someone to give you customer service. Its crap is what it is....all i could say was WOW

not my phone.... but they lock ya in to 2 years any ways, couldn't do it if she wanted too...
