You don't agree with me ? What is wrong with you? You can't disagree with The Weatherman. You should know that by now. I have proved you wrong enough. 01d8aad7.gif

Only time will tell if he will be that good. I just don't see it.

I'm eventually going to get one right dont ya think Weatherman?

The Bassmaster- 03-21-2007
They'll both go NBA Durant 1 Oden 2. Just remember some great college players have been busts in the pros. Agree with The Weatherman, only time will tell.

regardless of who gets the first pick...the grizz or the celts; they both need centers. Oden #1.

Hang in there bud. I got faith in ya.

My motto: The more predictions you make, the more likely you are to get one right.

C'mon guys Oden is a beast. He can shoot, rebound, and plays awesome defense. You just can't beat a great center. Don't forget he's coming off an injury. If he leaves, he will go #1.

I agree with this because the Celts and Grizz have no talent at all under the rim or in the paint but they both have descent guards to do the outside to mid-range thing.

weeman- 03-23-2007
Even though I said the last post I still think Durant will go first overall.

Sigma_Chi_04- 03-23-2007
Over the course of the NCAA tournament all I have heard are people bashing Oden. They said they havent been impressed. What gives? I think whoever gets one of the top 2 picks will be just fine because you really couldn't go wrong either way. Also with the depth of this years projected draft class that could potentially push Tyler Hansbrough into the second round. Would have never imagined that after last year.

Are you being for real ? blink.gif

I am Weatherman. I've seen 2 NBA draft projections just today that had him in the 2nd rd. Both had Brandon Wright as the 3rd pick behind the big 2. Hansbrough has been projected anywhere from pick 9-35. I'm not saying he WILL go in the 2nd rd, I'm just saying that it is possible depending on who comes out.

The Weatherman- 03-23-2007
I think they are crazy if they think he will last past the 15th pick. I say he will go anywhere from 6-12. I may be dead wrong on that.

Sigma_Chi_04- 03-23-2007
I hope he does but the consensus on him is that he isn't isn't big enough to bang around in the NBA at 6'8, doesnt shoot well enough to make up for his lack of strength, and isn't quick enough. Dont shoot the messenger...just quoting what i have read about him so far.

Ever heard of Al Jefferson?

Weeman you need to check out the numbers, Al Jefferson is averaging a double-double. I hardly call that no talent under the rim or in the paint. doh.gif headbonk.gif

Oden...will be #1....who by the way is still playing. Durant is already at home.
