The 2008 Regristration and Draft is now complete and has been declared a success, we had a total of 100 children from grades 3rd/4th (Division 1) had 49 participates and from grades 5th/6th (Division 2) had 51 participates. We have 5 teams per division with local sponsorship from the community. This season promise to be very competitive and hopefully safe for all the children. The EYAA (Earle Youth Activities Association) invites all to come and watch games for our 2008 Inner-City Youth Basketball League that begins March 8, 2008! Games will be played at the Marvin E. Bird Gymnasium on Saturdays Beginning March 8th, 2008, with a program "Kick-Off Weekend", during this event we will have a few Guest Speakers to talk to the children about Education, Drug Abuse, Abstinence, afterwards the teams will have a 1/2 Game Scrimage. The following weekend on March 15th, 2008, the league play will begin and run through May 3rd, 2008 and playoffs/championship weekending May 10th, 2008.

Everyone is welcome to come and support our efforts this season, all proceeds will go toward buying new football equipment for our Little League Football Program in August!
