1/22 Games
BA and WY are idle
BB @NP BB tunes up for BL and gets 13 more in the points column.
BL @NT Another game with NT and one of the bigs down to the wire. You make the call.
GT@PG Two miles apart and GT goes 4-1 plus 13 in the pts column.
1/25
BB@ BL Having not seen BL and going by quality ratings,I'm going with the chicks from BL.
GT@BA GT is healthy, but BA has dropped two at home. They're due. BA in black and blue type game.
NT@NP - Another very close game, but NT leaves JAX with the W.
PG @ WY - Rusty Wynne gets the W plus 13 for the tie breaker.
OK folks, have a nice evening.

Source maxpreps, newspapers and the most reliable conference posters.
The ratings should reflect if your team is taking big steps forward or backward or baby steps forward or backwards or standing still. Quality of competition is also a compelling factor.
I know this is primarily a boys thread, but here's a look at 08-09 Girls side of all conferences.
East
1-8 Pick 'em,but here goes in ABC order
Batesville - Davidson and Shellenberger the big two.Wilson will help.
Blytheville - Tobar,Chew,Sherman,Williams, gone. Next?
Greene County Tech - Chesser,Fletcher and Diggs, will lead.Bunch and Dunn will back up at guard.Jones is another strong body under neath. On any given night, Lamb can score anywhere. That's 7 deep.
Forrest City - The Stewart girls and the big inside girl keep FC competitive. #4 in 6A East got beat 3x by Wynne in 07-08.
Helena Central - Blytheville's twin, but some peices are still there. Perennial state contender.Welcome to the 5A East.
Nettleton - Third leading scoring team in the conference last year behind BB and Blytheville. Only better than Paragould and North Pulaski on the defense. Do the math.
Paragould - The first wave of three good junior high groups begins to emerge. It will take that long for it to take effect. Dement,Gill,Ball,Grren (no relation to GCT Green) will shoulder the load.
Wynne - Contender for #1 if the both Robinson and Hall play along w/ guard Bryant. Otherwise it could be along year in Wynne again.
SE is a pretty basic pick
1 Beebe (everybody's favorite)
2 McClellan (Hawkins is the girl to watch)
3 White Hall (finally gets to the top 3)
4 Monticello (new coach gets the nod here over NP)
5 North Pulaski (if the JV comes through, I see them #4)
6 Mills (possibly better, possibly worse)
7 Crossett
8 Sylvan Hills
Southwest
1 Camden Fairview (uh-gin)
2 Hot Springs (right on Roger's tail and He knows and HS knows it too)
3 Pulaski Robinson (usually tough)
4 Pulaski Academy (maybe too low)
5 LR Christian Academy (darkhorse)
6 HS Lakeside/Hope/Magnolia
7 Hope/Magnolia/HSL
8 Magnolia/Hope/HSL
West
1 Siloam Springs - (hands down)
2 Greenwood - (paper work will be in order next year)
3 Vilonia - (Curtis and the crew)
4 Morrilton - (solid core, but who will be the go to girl?)
5 Greenbrier - (just might split with one of the top four)
6 CAC (welcome to the 5A west)
7 Harrison
8 Alma
