Poky has also beat Westside at Westside about a week before Christmas.

They have beat Jonesboro, Westside, and Rector.

Manila is better than you think. The players are all Sophomores and Juniors, with only two Seniors who aren't starters, save for one who starts sometimes. The group of Sophomores and Juniors are the ones who won about four tournaments, either as the champs or runners-up when they comprised the junior high team a couple of years ago. Don't underestimate them. Also, factor in that they have a new coach this year, and it always causes a shift one way or the other. The new coach is working hard with them, and he believes in his team. GO LIONS!!!

I saw that game and VV just had a bad shooting night, just like the first half of the Jonesboro game. I thought VV was the better team, just could not buy a basket, then I also saw the Jonesboro game, tough first half shooting, came back from 14 down to give Jonesboro all they wanted in the second half just to lose by 2. VV and Highland I think went to OT the other night, the first game was close also. I talked to a VV parent yesterday, and he told me that VV had loss 3 games 2 points or less and lost to Highland by 6 the first time. That is a total of 11 points in four games, that is pretty salty and they are playing close games.

Pretty good argument except that VV didn't win, Jonesboro and Manila did.
I am probably over looking Corning and Hoxie.
