there doesn't seem to be motivation or a agenda, it just seems to me to be a power struggle. Cheer coach wants equal time in the fall when volleyball is the priority. The new v-ball coach is saying v-ball is the #1 priority and will not budge.
There are two more sad issues here. Last year bay sr. high consisted of 5 kids, this year its 12. Does the cheer coach really think she can build a program making these kids make a choice.
#2- my daughter became captain with 1 day of practice and a try out because it was softball season. CAPTIAN!!!! Next year she says she wont cheer. I guess we'll see...
Bay is going to have to offer some sort of conditioning for her cause she doesnt want to sit out for 6 months. She actually said she might sit on the bench in basketball just so she can get the conditioning that goes with it.
