I wish I knew more about other runners from other schools but I know Michael Davis, Aaron Palmer, and Jackson McDaniel are very strong runners from the Academy. Kade Dickerson runs the mile very well.
Jeremy Cowen is fast for CRA also.

Yeah I can't believe I forgot about Cowen. He is a great athlete.
When I was in school back in the day Poky had a great team. Brandon Cissco was unreal. He beat Tyrone Henry in the Decathlon
Brandon was great. Shawndell Williford, and Casey Chester was really good too for them.
Julie Hagood and that group was the best girls I have ever seen.
Jack McNulty (Blytheville), in 1970 ran a 1:58.2 in the 880 yd. run. He was in the 9th grade then. I don't rember the conversion to meters, but the 880 is about 35 yds. longer. He ran this at the conference meet at Jacksonville. His time was 5 sec. faster than the winner of the high school division.
seth freeman from gct without a doubt. he has won every meet so far this year and has place in the top at the state events the past couple of years.
i think his little brother runs long distance in track and cross country for high school and he's only in like the 7th grade too....guess it runs in the family
Lloyd Campbell from Luxora early 80's 9.9 in the 100 yard dash led Lux to 1980 Class AA state track title
in recent yrs the best runner ive seen might be michael miller....the kid broke 2:00 on the 800m run, amazing!
As far as the HURDLES (110's & 330's) go; Allen Weir from Walnut Ridge in 1981 ran a 14.8. No one's ran sub-15's since, except for his brother in 1990.
