arika qualls from evening shade has scores of medals and has an all state plaque for cross country this girl can run like nothing ive ever seen and she looks good doing it !!!!!!
from cra one of the best runners was kyle wood. he wa a relly good runner.

James Garner from Brookland is pretty fast too Josh. You're not the only one who can run good you know. Anyway, Jeremy Thomas is good in the 1600m at JHS. Roosevelt is really quick on the hurdles.
