i have seen better officiating in a pee wee soccer league than the high school game i watched tonight. giving a team direct kick after direct kick is gna lead to a goal sumhow. and when the head ref says he can't tell u what the call was when he had his back turned to the play and sided with another teams coach when he yelled out a call....is pretty sad. and i saw if one team breathed too hard on the other it was a card. this is soccer not ballet. i think ppl forget that it is a contact sport and should let the game be played how it should be played instead of making game changing calls over every little thing when the other team can do no wrong. and it is bad when 6 of the starting players on the other team say there was total nonsence calls.

thats the great batesville reffs they were terrible at southside and im guessing they are the same this time too
thats why when VV goes to batesville we are gonna make sure they get assessed during that game....

but GCT will always talk i remember my senior year they said thier lack of goals were cause the wind was blowing against them... both ways lol.... like it was changing everytime they turned right or left haha.... but yeah.... there are always excuses like refs or weather... but then again... when faced with adversity a good team still comes out on top.... ie...VV vs Greenebrier in 05.. "Thanks Jose" haha

the refs and the weather can be against you... but if your good enough you will put the balls in the back of the net and pull out on top

Tech lost, but put a good effort holding bville to 0-0 at half and after i say a uh well i=a not so conifdent call by the ref ray olleleelevlle sunk one one from but 25-28 out on a penalty kick and after that tech went down hill


and i kno theres ppl on the bville team on here and thats pathetic that half yalls team wouldnt even shake hands after the game

well that shows lack of sportsmanship and class... but then again... they dont have to shake hands....

thats funny, i doubt anybody on the team gets on here. vv4 knows that i have been postin on here for awhile and that i do not play anymore. and you need to realize that a pk is not 25 yards out, thats called a direct kick. and for those of you who were not at the game, yea the game was a little one sided, but tech failed to score when they had their chances. one of batesvilles players got a card because of a slide tackle from behind, and he deserved it. but most of the calls went for batesville. batesville ONLY scored once because of that direct kick, which was a fould. the other goals were just good goals. ray is a fantastic player. first you say you arent going to lose, then you make excuses. the refs were bad, but not 4-0 bad.

GCT wasnt going to lose... but umm ummm some light reflected off of mars and got in the keepers eyes for 4 goals

it was that or the turf. we got that so we could beat gct in soccer every year. it cost alot, but its worth it. thats y paragould got it, so they can beat gct. techs lucky nobody else in the conference has it, it would get bad for them. but then it would be the refs fault or the lights were really bright that night.

see also on your turf you guys painted those lines pretty thick... they keep tripping over the lines... and the ball doesnt roll right when it hits those lines

yea i agree. they did everything to that football field so they could beat gct in soccer. i know that was the plan to when they discussed the turf.

they may not HAVE TO but honestly tech shut them down the 1st half and playd a very good play until that "direct kick" then just fell apart and i jsut think thats pretty stuck up to not shake hands when the team didnt do anything unsportsman like to your team...
