and about the gct westside game. i was informed that their #9 was sidelined alot of the game with calf cramps early into the game. the coach for the eagles had a good game plan. he saw that westside didn't look like their bench went very deep so he puts in all freshmen and sophmores in the 1st half. then when the 2nd half came around he put in his real starters bc he knew that westside wud be way too tired to keep up with them. westside was lucky that they only got 4 goals scored on them. and to the comment about #8 and #9 earlier.....they had a goal and an assist on the game.

well if u want to talk about state champs.... i think VV has state champs for the past 4 years or something like that.... i dont know... ask our volleyball girls

well that still means westside got into the Penalty area on the starters.... and got the goal

hm..doesn't sound like tech has a very good defense..when Valley View played westside they got past half field once?..i think Valley Views defense is better than techs..

i heard that 2 of tech's startin defenders were considered inelligable or however you spell it because of not having a 2.0 lol...........looks like it doesn't matter how good they are if they can't play now. i'm sure they will be replaced with sophmores. that cud be a good thing for tech's sophmore class tho. get them experience these next to years to prepare for their senior year.

no the guys before them.... baker was a good keep... but a lil slow to the ground... fowler... was a good player....
but there was a blonde kid the year before in 04... that was good.... the only person i played against that was better... was from North palaski... the tall black guy..... conrad? but yeah... "conrad" was the best player... D1 scholarship but lost it due to grades

even if they were playing... i would still put VVs defense over them (as a whole) there may be a better player... but as a whole i think VVs defense is probably the fas-*test*-('") and best defense in the NEA... they havent been -*test*-('")ed by a team consistantly... because the offense and midfield controls the game.... but yeah i would say..... VVs Defense would be better than techs even with the two.....

I wouldnt say that at all..... VV doesnt have any consistantly good players.... they have kids like Byrd, and Jose, and Seth, but those kids were just JR high stars.... GCT is where the talent is... always has been.....
Byrd is just a chump.... he trips over his own feet.....
Jose just dives if some one breathes on him....
and seth cant play..... hes a ball hog who can barely dribble.....
GCT will win the game... cause i have seen both teams and GCT is more athletic.... and have better skillls... and watching the westside game.... vs both teams.... sure VV could have scored alot... but thier game plan was bad... and they fall down when no ones around them...... atleast gct can stay on thier feet..... they played smart... put bad players in to wear westside out... and the good players to pick them apart
and VVs Defense doesnt have anybody good no stars back there.....

I guarantee that if Ur put those bad players in to try and "wear us down" that we will win easy. and yall sayin yall always had talent last year there wasn’t much talent on the field more like people there just to occupy space and air. Austin has a better leg on him than probably anybody on ur team and Jose has better dribbling ability than yalls team and I guarantee Seth has a heck of allot more speed than yall do along with that our defense doesn’t have any stars because they are all good if any of them played for gct they probably would be the best players on the team. The bad thing is we didnt need to put in our second string to wear Westside down then pick them apart we are good enough to do it while they are fresh because most of our points came in the first half

that was GCTs game plan... GCT has a different game plan for VV... and its not to wear VV out..... its to out play them.... we saw how your players dont move off the ball... GCT does.... they will just out play you period

i seriously doubt u have the talent to match VV's because im almost positive that our 11 is better than yalls and some of our subs are better then most of ur starters...but guess we will see i say VV over GCt 4-1 that is if gct scores

close game 3 to 2 and GCT wins....
like i said VV walks alot off the ball they dont get back on defense... they havent even been chalenged yet with talent like GCT has....

maybe if people like the big kid on VVs midfield Byrd and Jose and VV4 wouldnt walk all the time..... ur midfield is lazy

and our midfield is probably the best in the league.....
our defense is probably the fas-*test*-('") in the league... and our forwards are just 6 good kids who can be cycled through to wear a defense out

yeah thats right we all know who VV4 is bc i know who he is....but still like i said brazilian cleats are the way to go if u wanna build a good franchise and only #9 could tell u that
