i herd gct's defense and midfield were among the tops in 5a

thats funny because it hasnt really started yet, so u heard that through what reliable source? and ur a typical tech kid, the one that thinks they are good at everything. they were horrible last year and i am sure they didnt improve to the top of 5a in defense. this is a stupid thread, just one so that tech can run their mouths again. y is it that this happens every year. for one, tech does NOT have one of the top defenses in 5a. they dont judge that when the games havent even been played yet.

i agree with Batesville21 how in the world do you know that gct's defense is in the top 5. could you please give us a website or a source of info that gives this stat.

i hear there are some really good sophmores coming up for tech this year. : cody deroe, justin mccollum, drake maxwell, seth tripod: has any1 heard of these players or know anything about them? i hear they are suppose to bring the soccer program back to GCT.

thats funny, when i played for batesville tech never beat me or my team. to talk as much as tech does, they arent very good at anything except for basketball, y dont they get that? even if you do beat batesville, that means nothing to me. the east is weak every year, they always go out in the first two rounds of the state tourney. NOBODY cares about how "good" YOU CONSIDER techs defense to be...

well tech does have a dominate basketball team but i also heard they have a really awesome baseball team. went deep into the state tourny lastyear and is expected to bring home the title this year.......but back to soccer..

haha, yea decent baseball. everybody knows who the best tradition in baseball belongs to(batesville). but yea, back to soccer, which tech hasnt ever accomplished anything in.

Tech was conference champs last year. Batesville was State champs the two years before. You can have all the tradition you want. It will not win you much on the field. This is a new year with different kids. My point being don't tell me Tech does not have a good baseball team. They where good enough to beat Batesville last year. May be good enough to do it again. Who knows? Only time will tell.
