Anyone know how the team is doing this year?

They're ranked 10th in the south, need to get to 8th to make DII playoffs I think. Anyway I have a son who plans on attending Harding this fall so I need to start keeping up with the Bisons a little better. I am an old alumnus but I used to really enjoy watching them play back in the 80's.

I'm going to Harding this fall also. My cousin plays football for them.

Very typical underachieving season. Never would have guessed it! You have a player that will never make it to the league that you worship and retire his jersey, a freshman stud, and the second best player on the team got red-shirted. WOW! Keep up the mediocrity! They are lucky that UCA went D-1!

Don't really know him by first name, but I think that is the same kid. Last name Porter? If so then you hit the nail on the head! He is a tough player and could have been playing a lot better places then Harding had his mom not wanted him to be so close to home. He should have gone JUCO for a year or so and then made the jump to a level more suited for him that is known by the letter D and number 1.
