Just in case anyone has missed it....Brookland, Piggott, CRA and Hoxie are heading to Harrison to take part and hopefully one will win the 3A State Volleyball Tournament.

I want to take this time to wish all teams, supporters and parents a safe trip there and back. I'll be keeping NutRidge up to date on scores and happenings so all can read about these teams from the NEARsports area.

All I've got to say about Hoxie's trip to Harrison is Basketball season is here for some and off season softball season begins for others.

Today's games: Brookland over Shiloh Christian and Lavaca over CRA.


It will be a rematch of last years finals...Brookland vs. Lavaca.Hopefully with the same result.
