Anyways, how hard is derek throwin now, i heard over the summer he hit 80's but if you ask me you cant go from 71-74 to 80's unless you just developed some awesome throwing skills. Cuz ive been hittin the weights and arm bands and all that good stuff and i MIGHT have increased my speed 2-3mph.

how did wooten get to throwin low to mid 80's...i was just curious if he was working out, using strength bands, or was it both

I agree with greyhound19. I also believe Hillcrest wont be as high as they think they will. Im putting WR and Tuckerman at the top.
