Hogs won a big game Wednesday night against the Bulldogs. Can they continue to play well?

I hope they do well but they have played well for 2 games now, so they are due to blowup at any time...

If the Hogs continue to play the kind of defense that they played against Miss St. they can beat the Gators.

I think Weems and Beverley have put this team on their shoulders, and if they're able to keep it up, it will be a good game. UF is loaded with 3-point shooters, so the key to the game for the Hogs is how well they can defend the arc. I'd like to see Washington be a bigger part of the offensive game plan, he's a matchup problem for most teams with his height and ability to put the ball on the floor and go to the rack. I also think Townes can be a factor for the Hogs inside today. Should be fun!

Amazing performance! Weems and Townes with the offense, Beverley with another double figure rebound game, Ervin was under control and impressive, Pelphrey has their attention and it looks like they've seen the light.

Hard not to get really excited about this team. Best back to back games since the 90's. Still need to show it on the road to completely win me over. But WOW what a game.

Great point. Petrino called the Hogs on the floor at halftime, I expect a couple commitments this weekend.

Yeah, hopefully some CB's. Somebody needs to tell Matt Hall that they don't do this in Oxford. Should be a great weekend to be a hog. Basketball win, commiting recruits, and a new DC(probably won't be announced until later).

I think this win will go miles with our FB recruits. Already some solid 4 star recruits switching their oral commitments to the Hogs, and at CB and other defensive skill positions.......that's huge.

As far as the basketball team goes, I want to give credit where credit is due. They put together a solid week of basketball. But before I believe, they will need to do this consistently to be a strong NCAA tourney team.

I've said it before, if there is anything I have learned from watching this group of Hog ballers is that we are on the verge of a huge letdown very soon.

I love the Hogs and want to believe they have turned a corner, but I just can't forget the past.....
