I here the Waddell kid will shoot the lights out. Are they any good without him??

Well last night, I believe he went 1-4 on three's. He got into foul trouble early which hurt him, but if he would have been in the game, more than likely been hitting 'em deep

Apparently they were good enough to beat Marmaduke last night 87-72. Looks like in the write-up that Maynard had several players that contributed instead of just having one big time scorer.

Did Jacob Mason play?

Barely.... He played the bench more than the game!

the only player who really showed anything for marmaduke was colton hale with 29 points and 9 rebounds

yea marmaduke played bad they should have beat maynard but maynard simply out hustled the hounds in every way

Maynard played a good game. Vandergriff was their best player last night. They all came out hard a played hard to the end. Waddell didn't do bad but he didn't kill them. Everyone that played contributed & everyone scored double digits. Marmaduke will beat them in the WBC tournament. I think Marmaduke took this loss serious & won't let it happen twice.

Maynard boys and girls both beat Walnut Ridge last night. The boys have won 2 in a row and play Rector next tuesday night.

The girls have won 3 in a row and have a showdown with Pocahontas at Maynard on Monday night and play Rector on Tuesday night.

Both teams are playing well right now.
