I think she wants to play by Little League baseball rules, where ever kid must play, no matter if they so up for practice or listen to the coaches. Everyone knows in football, you by your time, practice hard and show dedication and give the extra effort to the coaches in and out of practice, then when he gets in 5th grade he will get his deserved playing time and the 4th graders then will go thru the same learning curve.
