i dont think anyone will beat hoxie in the playoffs. the players have to much heart and want to prove a point, that their conferance is the best in the state. look at who was in the conferance what wasit two years ago, newport pokey hoxie, corning. highland and who else. how manny of those teams have made it to the playoffs this year in differant con.
by the way i have my hotel resevations and would like the phone number to naer sports to call in the score of the hoxie gurdon game when its over win or lose.
I feel Hoxie's chances of winning this game are even better than last year's.
This year's Go Devils played only 2 teams this season with winning records.
Prescott with a record of 8-2-1 and Bearden at 11-0...the next best is Magnet Grove with a record of 5-5.
The two teams match up pretty will across the board and in the back of the minds of the Go Devils is last year's 19-6 loss to the Mustangs. I feel this will be the downfall of the Go Devils with the Mustangs once again coming away with a huge win.

I don't believe they were...they did however play eachother for a few years in a row. I think N'port and Harrisburg were in the 3A South... Hoxie, Highland, Pocahontas, Yelleville Summit, Mountain View, and few others made up the 3A North...might be wrong tho'
i dont remerber the year or years they were in the same con. because hoxie and poky were con. co-chaps. if im not mistakon hoxie beat newport that year, and lost to them the year before. that was a perid of time when neport was still going through a coaching change from coach keddi and had a coulpe of down years.

I would like to know the rules of peewee football and why that we make it a point to put 5th & 4th on the same team but make the 4th stand on the side line then after the true game is over we will say on the loud speaker the boy's that did not get to play in the game will you get on the field to play now
