So, is he into coaching Girls? I understand if he is just trying to get a job squared away, but that switch really locks you in.

Matt Daniel was just talking about that to me yesterday. He said that he always wanted to coach boys, but there was a great opportunity at the Univ of Colorado and he couldn't afford not to make the switch if he ever wanted to coach D1. He said he is locked in now though and says it would be really really hard to get a boys job now.
Yes I know it's happened, but he said it's almost impossible.
