Congratulations to Lance on his seventh and final Tour win.
Also, my personal thanks to him for bringing bicycling as a sport to the attention of the American public. I've mentioned in the forums before that I'm a daily bicycle commuter. It's a tough thing to do, made no easier by the ire and scorn of drivers. I've benefitted the past week or so from the goodwill LA has generated for bicyclists. Fewer folks have cursed and/or thrown things at me; I've even gotten a thumbs-up or two.
Hope the good buzz will continue! Thanks again Lance!
What route do you take to work and I'll be sure to give you a one fingered salute also....
Guess if his fling with Sheryl Crow pans out we could see him locally. just think Kennett may get a bike trail/path before anyplace else around here.

It's actually in California. Believe it or not, Arkansas does not have the market cornered on rednecks. There's plenty of them around here.
If anybody saw the news about the sheriff's helicopter crash out here a couple weeks ago, it came down right on my way to work about an hour before I left the house.

I forget the name, but there is already a trail that cuts across Missouri. I know it goes through Sedalia and Hermann.
