ROGERS SIGNS WITH CROWLEY’S RIDGE COLLEGE

PARAGOULD, AR – Louisiana native Reyn Rogers has signed to play his college baseball for the Pioneers of Crowley’s Ridge College. Rogers, from Covington, is a graduate of Northlake Christian School were he was an All-State Catcher. He batted .460 during his senior season with three homeruns and a .670 on base percentage.

“Reyn has the potential to add a solid bat to our line up next season,” said Pioneers Head Coach Chris Perkins. “He can play both third base and catcher, and he will help us to be a very solid team next year.”

Northlake has improved dramatically in the past couple years, and I think its safe to say they have made their mark as one of the top small schools in southeast Louisiana, if not the entire state.

Reyn Rogers sounds like a beast he should help the Pioneers from the start of the season from the plate. but how good is he from the field? what was his fielding percentage his senior year?
