Marmaduke's Ward signs with Crowley's Ridge College

MARMADUKE, AR – Marmaduke High School standout Justin Ward has signed to play college basketball for the Pioneers of Crowley’s Ridge College next fall.
Ward, a 6’2 guard, averaged 13.4 points per game and 4.6 rebounds per game last season for the Greyhounds. He also handed out two assist per game while shooting 35.7% from the three-point line.
“We are excited to add Justin to our program,” said Crowley’s Ridge Head Coach Chris Perkins. “He is a gym rat and I can’t wait to have him in a Pioneer uniform next season. He has a great work ethic and a nice shooting touch that will help us be successful as a team next season.”
Ward is the sixth player to sign with the Pioneers for the upcoming season. He joins Seth Southard, a 5’10 guard from Bay, Kyle Birmingham, a 6’3 guard from Paragould, Chris Morris a 6’5 forward from Bradford, Justin Harrill, a 5’10 guard from West Plains, Missouri, and Cody Holland, a 6’5 guard from Christian Academy of St. Louis.
Congratulautions to Justin and his family. He will be a great player for the Pioneers.
