Nolan with a chance to coach that close to Memphis. He can get talent from that area that no one else could get to come to ASU. That might intrige him. It would be intresting to hear what Ron Crawford would have to say about that. He hated Nolan. But I think Ron always thought he was a little more important to Arkansas basketball then he really was.

I also hear Todd Day will be the Asst. |
|
If Todd Day is to be the Asst., then ASU would have to suspend all drug -*test*-('")ing for employees. He had a head job at a high school in Memphis but failed several drug -*test*-('")s before season started and never coached a game.
Coach Richardson just returned my telephone call. He is currently in El Paso. He will be back in Arkansas on Monday. At that time, he has agreed to do a recorded interview for NEARsports Radio Audio On Demand.

It will not be live. It will be available on demand sometime Monday afternoon.
I can see NR coming to ASU just to irritate Frank and the powers that be. Just imagine how much he would look forward to laughing in thier faces when he took ASU deeper into the NCAA touney than them, and how much pressure Arkansas would be under to play ASU. He could continue to be a thorn in thier side after he draws that last check.

ASU currently does not have a drug -*test*-('")ing policy. The Faculty Senate would not approve the implementation of a drug policy. They felt that it infringed on their right to privacy.
And, I'm sorry, but as far as Nolan Richardson goes, we don't need that racist sob here. He needs to stay out in NW Arkansas.

I hope for ASU fans like you that he ends up there.
Today was only the third time I have ever spoken with NR. The other two times, I was a reporter for the Daily Siftings Herald in Arkadelphia back in the early 90's. He remembered my name from back then.
He has been nothing but kind to me the times we have spoken. I was one of those who absolutely hated to see him leave the Hill. I look forward to the new 40 minutes of he|| in Jonesboro.
Man, thats a big deal Grim. Good work.
