Can someone tell me where Paragould's old football stadium is? Is it at the same high location as the new artificial turf stadium is? My grandson has a seventh grade football game with Brookland tomorrow night and that's where they're playing.

Nope, its not by the new field. The old field is Harmon field and its in the north central part of town by the fairgrounds.

Is Riley's Pig still across the street?

Is the fairgrounds anywhere close to where the old Labor Park field was?

That place still brings back erie feelings. That was the most run down, just plain erie field we ever played on.

Take US-49 north through Paragould to AR-135 (at Glen Sain Ford) and head east. You'll go right past the fairgrounds and straight to Harmon Park. Football field will be on your left. Good luck.
